HR & Admin Assistant(&Reception)

Responsibilities

 

 The position focuses on all administrative matters and employee Attendance Management.

  1. Responsible for the company’s day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining the office environment, ensuring the supplies on office consumables, office machines maintenance; meeting room preparation, canteen management& Office 6S Inspection
  2. Admin expense: check、settle & record the admin fees, e. g: rental apartment, canteen fee, NPR procurement, vehicle, postage and delivery charges、company fuel costs and etc
  3. Business Trip Service: air tickets & hotel booking, pick-up arrangement
  4. Admin related Monthly Report: Compile and analyse data, and promptly put forward feasible recommendations
  5. Attendance records, OT & leave days statistics and sharing
  6. Contract Management : responsible for safekeeping contracts and reviewing list in a timely manner
  7. Responsible for yearly health check
  8. Assistant for visa application (residence permit and visa, invitation letters) & company activities
  9. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the HR&Admin Supervisor/Manager

Requirements

 

  1. College above graduates
  2. High ethical standards and integrity, personal,professional credibility and has a sense of confidentiality;effective communication skills
  3. Good computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
  4. Good command of written and spoken English
  5. Proactive and amiable, with sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
  6. Positive, enthusiastic disposition, result-oriented and strong learning ability
  7. Related experiences in multinational corporation is preferred.
