SAP & FICO Project Specialist

Your responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Local Finance and Controlling Project Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. This role will play a key role in supporting FICO and SAP Project while working closely with project leader, SAP consultants,local colleagues and global stakeholders. 

1. Finance & Controlling specialist and key user of FICO for SAP/S4 implementation
2. FICO key user and follow up after SAP/S4 implementation
3. Product costing, standard cost update, margin analysis and variance analysis
4. General Ledger, COA as well as master data management including local GAAP and IFRS 
5. IC reconciliations and IC related co-ordinations 
6. FICO tasks and projects support

Your profile

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance Management
2.At least 5 years’ experience in Industrial Cost Engineering or Standard Costing, General Ledger and Reporting and in Multinational Corporation
3.Familiar with IFRS and local GAAP is required
4.Experience in successfully leading/supporting SAP project 
5.SAP FICO key user and familiar with SAP FICO modules 
6.Fluent in both spoken and written English
7.Good project management experience
8.Good communication and coordination skills
9.Problem solving skills are required
10.Good data analysis skills
11.Good at using MS office, especially excel.
12.Experience in chemical manufacturing is a plus
13.Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments and international locations
14.Good understanding of manufacturing processes and their impact on financial performance
15.Have a certain ability to withstand pressure
