HR & Admin Specialist

Your responsibilities

As a self‑reliant HR key contributor, you support the HR Manager for end-to-end HR and admin operations across two companies and deliver high‑quality closed‑loop deliverables.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle covering onboarding, confirmation, personnel transfer, contract renewal, employment maintenance and offboarding
• Own end-to-end recruitment including job posting in SAP SuccessFactors, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, offer support, background check and new-hire onboarding
• Maintain employee master data in SAP SuccessFactors, DingTalk and BPM systems to ensure complete, accurate and up-to-date records
• Support payroll-related daily activities with strong focus on calculation accuracy, verify attendance, social insurance, housing fund and individual income tax data, prepare and submit HR data reports according to finance requirements and handle employee compensation and benefits inquiries
• Act as the main communication interface between employees and HR, maintain employee relations and handle labor contract management, dispute prevention, termination and employment risk mitigation
• Support IATF 16949 internal, external and customer audits for the HR module, prepare audit documents and drive corrective action plans
• Plan and execute corporate culture events such as annual company events and celebrations, and handle daily administrative operations and other assigned tasks with strong follow-through

Your profile

• 5-10 years of hands-on HR & Admin experience, with at least 3 years independently managing HR operations or full-function HR support
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and/or Recruiting modules, and familiar with DingTalk and BPM/OA systems
• Good written and spoken English for daily business communication
• Solid knowledge of Chinese labor law, labor contract law, social insurance, housing fund, individual income tax and local employment regulations, with practical experience in labor relation cases
• Practical payroll calculation or payroll data review experience, strong data sensitivity and ability to prepare and submit HR data reports according to requirements
• Practical experience supporting IATF 16949 audits and corrective actions within HR scope
• Ability to independently draft HR notices, policies and official documents in Chinese and English
• Proactive, detail-oriented and responsible, with strong ownership, follow-through, communication and coordination skills, quick learning ability and high confidentiality awareness

Nice-to-have
• Previous HR experience in foreign-invested manufacturing, preferably automotive or chemical industry
• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting optimization or implementation experience
• IATF 16949 internal auditor certification
