Maintenance Manager
Your responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid background industrial maintenance.
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the performance of an hourly, unionized work force through the scheduling of work assignments and follow-up of assignments; record keeping and scheduling of preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting equipment, as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient operation
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Oversee facility upgrades and renovations
Your profile
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance and facilities management
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and work with logic controllers
- Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems
- Proficiency in project management to execute maintenance projects effectively
- Excellent leadership skills to guide and motivate maintenance teams
