HR Intern

Responsibilities

 

HR intern will support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience across key human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and HR projects.

  • Create process documentation
  • Assist with updating HR manual
  • Help maintain files and records
  • Conduct I-9 audits
  • Participate in HR projects focused on improvements

Requirements

 

 

  • Current enrollment in college or university
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
