HR Intern
Responsibilities
HR intern will support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience across key human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and HR projects.
- Create process documentation
- Assist with updating HR manual
- Help maintain files and records
- Conduct I-9 audits
- Participate in HR projects focused on improvements
Requirements
- Current enrollment in college or university
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft office
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
