Lab Specialist of Analysis

Your responsibilities

This role is responsible for handling and resolving demands and technical issues related to analytical characterization of additive  R&D

1.Conduct analytical characterization for additives such as organosilicon, polyether and polyester. 2. Perform testing and characterization on lab samples, finished additives and raw materials for structural features, monomer residues and physicochemical properties. 3. Independently develop analytical testing methods for polymer additives, proficient in various testing techniques including chromatography, spectroscopy, thermal analysis and physicochemical analysis. 4. Continuously optimize analytical technologies, review and evaluate experimental analytical data, and compile data reports. 5. carry out maintenance and calibration of lab instruments. Troubleshoot onsite of the instrument malfunctions and the abnormality of analytical methods.6. Comply with EHS regulations, lab SOPs and other rules to ensure safe and compliant lab operation with complete and traceable data.

Your profile

Education & Work Experience: Master's degree or above in chemistry-related disciplines, with majors in analytical chemistry, material analysis preferred.  Minimum 3 years of research or industrial working experience.  Skilled in operating various material property characterization instruments, including different types of chromatographs, mass spectrometers, nuclear magnetic resonance equipment, thermal analyzers and other relevant devices. Prior lab research experience in the relevant filed with proven capability of analytical method development. Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
