Internal Sales Specialist
Responsibilities
The Internal Sales Specialist will be a key point of contact for both internal and external customers. Ability to function across multiple departments and levels of an organization and communicate effectively with peers as well as the CEO.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop customer relationships for assigned customers, including order entry and tracking, quoting, and general correspondence
- Maintain customer portals for orders, deliveries, and inquiries
- Maintain customer data and updates in SAP as well as C4C, Von Roll’s CRM system
- Complete daily invoicing of shipped goods to customers with bills of lading for tracking
- Collaborate with Production and Shipping to coordinate orders and communicate needed information both internally and externally
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications major preferred
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Skype for Business, Zoom etc.)
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent Written and oral communication skills
- Excellent Computer skills
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels and teams within the company
