Deputy Manager - Business Innovation

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager - New Platform & Emerging opportunities to join our Business Innovation team. This role is a key enabler of our five years growth strategy & will directly contribute to building new business verticals, unlocking emerging markets & accelerating commercialization of new age technologies and materials.

Identify new markets, emerging materials and high potential applications. Track technology trends, competitive developments and innovation ecosystem. Build & qualify a strong pipeline of early-stage opportunities. Lead conversation with innovators, R &D teams & design engineers. Felicitate trials, sampling cycles, validation Programme and early design-ins.

Your profile

Engineering degree (Chemical/Polymer/Materials/ Electricals/Electronics). MBA in Marketing/Strategy/ Business Development is plus. 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Development, Innovation, New materials or Technology led markets. Strong Technical understanding of materials or innovation or innovation ecosystem.
