Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while identifying and acquiring new business partners and opportunities
  • Assess customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers, distributors, and sales partners
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor sales activities, including the preparation of forecasts, reports, and CRM documentation
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, customer meetings, and industry events, including delivering product presentations and overseeing print trials
  • Collaborate closely with printing press manufacturers, business partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of customer projects

Your profile

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship, preferably within the printing industry
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales or a comparable customer-facing commercial role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with a highly customer-focused and sales-driven mindset
  • Self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative
  • Willingness to travel, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and evolving market environment
  • High level of resilience, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to influence and drive decisions effectively
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
