SAP Application Manager GTS (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
As an SAP Application Manager, you will drive the further development of our global GTS system and make a significant contribution to the future viability of our company. You will be part of a strong, motivated team that offers plenty of creative freedom, short decision-making paths, and openness in collaboration. In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Support, customization, and further development of the SAP GTS-E4H solution
- Integration and support of interfaces to related SAP modules, particularly MM, SD, PP, and EH&S
- Handling of incidents, service requests, and changes
- Preparation of business concepts, technical documentation, and presentations
- Consulting, conducting user training sessions and workshops
- Planning, coordinating, and managing external service providers and consulting partners
- Taking responsibility for project work and acting as a sub-project or project manager
Your profile
- Several years of experience in the maintenance and further development of SAP solutions, with a focus on SAP GTS
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Customizing and experience in ABAP-based development
- Knowledge of project management and collaboration with external service providers
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and an understanding of processes
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Proactive approach and the ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
- Ability to work effectively in a team and successfully bridge the gap between business units and IT
