Your responsibilities
Main Purpose: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of site's electrical equipment to ensure the stable operation of production, office and living facilities.
岗位职责Key Accountabilities
1. 日常巡检与维护：负责厂区高低压配电设备、供电线路及各类电气或检测设备的日常巡检、维护保养与卫生清扫，确保全厂各区 电力系统安全稳定运行；
负责工厂自动/半自动控制系统的日常排查与基础调试；协助处理各类生产仪器、仪表的电气检修与校准，保障其精准运行。
2. 故障排查、修复与设备预防性维护：快速响应并处理厂区各类电力突发故障，排查隐患，完成线路抢修、设备调试及维修工作，最大限度缩短停电及设备停运时间；积极配合其他设备维修人员或现场作业人员，做好设备维修和预防性维护工作。
3. 安全与合规管理：严格执行停送电操作制度及电气安全操作规程，规范办理作业票并落实安全防护措施；参与隐患排查治理，坚决杜绝电气安全事故。
4. 工程配合与改造：配合厂区设备改造、电路升级及技改项目的电气安装与调试工作；
5. 台账与记录管理：准时、精确地填写巡检记录、维修台账及各类报表，做好工具、材料、备品备件的使用与保管。
- Daily Inspection and Maintenance: Responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of high- and low-voltage power distribution equipment, power supply lines, and various electrical or testing equipment throughout the plant, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system across all areas of the facility. Responsible for routine troubleshooting and basic commissioning of the plant's automatic/semi-automatic control systems; assist in the electrical inspection, calibration, and repair of various production instruments and meters to ensure their accurate operation.
- Fault Diagnosis, Repair, and Preventive Maintenance: Respond quickly to and resolve various electrical emergencies within the plant, identify potential hazards, and perform line repairs, equipment commissioning, and maintenance work to minimize power outages and equipment downtime. Actively cooperate with other equipment maintenance personnel or on-site operators to carry out equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Safety and Compliance Management: Strictly enforce the power-on/power-off operation procedures and electrical safety operation regulations; properly complete work permits and implement safety protection measures. Participate in hazard identification and rectification, and resolutely prevent electrical safety accidents.
- Project Support and Retrofitting: Cooperate with plant equipment retrofits, circuit upgrades, and technical renovation projects by assisting in electrical installation and commissioning work.
- Records and Documentation Management: Accurately and timely fill in inspection records, maintenance logs, and various reports; properly manage and maintain tools, materials, and spare parts.

任职要求 Requirements
1. 学历与专业：大专及以上学历，电气工程、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业。
2. 资质与证书：持有国家认可的有效《低压电工作业操作证》或《高压电工作业操作证》；持有特种设备作业证书者优先。
3. 工作经验：具备5年以上化工厂或中大型制造企业电气维修、设备运维工作经验，熟悉化工生产环境及防爆、防腐等特殊用电规范。
4. 专业技能：
熟悉高低压配电系统、能独立看懂电气原理图、接线图及CAD图纸。
掌握常用电气设备（断路器、接触器、继电器、变频器等）的安装、调试和维护。
了解工业自动化控制系统（PLC、DCS）的基本原理，具备基础的故障诊断能力者优先。
5. 综合素质：具备极强的安全意识与责任心，工作严谨细致；无重大电气安全事故记录；具备良好的团队协作、沟通能力，能适应设备应急抢修工作。
- Education and Major: College degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Certifications and Licenses: Hold a valid nationally recognized "Low-Voltage Electrician Operation Certificate" or "High-Voltage Electrician Operation Certificate." Candidates with a valid Special Equipment Operation Certificate are preferred.
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and equipment operation and maintenance in a chemical plant or a medium-to-large manufacturing enterprise; familiar with the chemical production environment and special electrical safety requirements such as explosion-proof and corrosion-proof standards.
- Professional Skills:
- Familiar with high- and low-voltage power distribution systems; able to independently read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD drawings.
- Proficient in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of common electrical equipment (circuit breakers, contactors, relays, variable frequency drives, etc.).
- Familiar with the basic principles of industrial automation control systems (PLC, DCS); candidates with basic fault diagnosis capabilities are preferred.
Core Competencies: Strong safety awareness and a high sense of responsibility; meticulous and detail-oriented work ethic. No record of major electrical safety incidents. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to respond to emergency equipment repairs.
