SAP Data Analyst

Responsibilities

General Summary: 

ACTEGA North America is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support the Division-wide SAP S4/HANA implementation and drive data-driven operational excellence.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Support SAP S4/HANA implementation and template integration.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and support super users.
• Create SAP queries, LSMW tasks, and basic customizing.
• Investigate operational issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Design and maintain databases for process efficiency.
• Analyze data, develop KPIs, and prepare reports.
• Create reporting tools and perform ad-hoc data exports.
• Partner with leaders to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of SAP ERP experience. S4HANA experience preferred.
- Advanced SAP and MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- High commitment to quality and integrity.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, international environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years of SAP support experience on the S4HANA platform.
- Manufacturing, supply chain, or finance background.
- Experience working with IT support processes.
- Strong service orientation, proactive and organized.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to sit at a desk in front of a computer for > eight hours a day.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift < 20 lbs. for < 30% of the time.
• Ability to travel by car or air when needed.
