Specialist EHQ

Support in maintaining and updating the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and GMP (EuPIA) standards, and other standards as required, based on the instructions of the supervisor and the responsible subject-matter experts.
Independent updating of IMS documents and support with document revisions in consultation with the supervisor.
Support with internal and external quality and standards audits, including the preparation and follow-up of measures.
Support in implementing legal and corporate EHQ requirements.
Assumption of operational tasks in environmental reporting.
Processing of customer requests, such as questionnaires, statements, compliance information, traceability, PCF and recyclability, based on existing requirements and templates.
Preparation and compilation of customer-specific information in coordination with the relevant specialist departments.
Support for Altana-X, process and preliminary projects at the ASR site through operational assistance.
Participation in data collection, analyses and the operational implementation of project measures.

Completed commercial or technical vocational training (Federal VET Diploma / EFZ), ideally within an industrial environment.
Initial professional experience in Quality Management (QM), Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), production, or a data/process-oriented environment is an advantage.
Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data linking and analysis (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, AND/OR functions, PivotTables). Knowledge of Power Query and VBA is an advantage, or a willingness to develop these skills.
Experience using digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to efficiently create and enhance analyses, reports, and formulas.
Initial experience participating in projects.
