Project Manager Digitalization / Digital Business Analyst
Your responsibilities
• Develop a digital roadmap for site processes together with the CEO and specialist departments
• Prioritize, lead, and implement digitalization, automation, and AI projects
• Systematically optimize ERP-related processes from order-to-cash through to planning
• Sustainably improve data quality and master data structures
• Establish a KPI framework for operational and strategic management
• Manage interfaces between ERP, peripheral systems, and local tools
• Translate business requirements into digital solutions and clear specifications
• Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities for AI and data-driven applications
• Manage the local application landscape, including production software, keep it up to date, and coordinate further developments
• Ensure user and authorization concepts in relevant tools
• Structure and maintain digital standards, processes, and documentation
• Drive paperless and efficient workflows across operations
• Effectively manage external service providers and internal interface partners
• Support specialist departments in the training, implementation, and use of digital tools
• Implement division-wide and group-wide digitalization initiatives locally
• Contribute to the implementation of divisional and group-wide digital roadmaps and projects as required
• Support IT and OT security activities as required
Your profile
• Technical or commercial basic education with further training in digitalization and/or process management, e.g. AI Business Specialist
• Alternatively, a degree in Business Information Systems
• Several years of professional experience in digitalization-related roles within a production environment
• Solid experience with ERP systems, business applications, and process optimization
• Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, and data quality
• Knowledge of at least one scripting or compiled programming language
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or comparable tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of ERP software is an advantage
• Good understanding of automation, interfaces, and AI use cases
• Experience in project management as well as in collaborating with operational departments and IT
• Close familiarity with production processes and an understanding of planning, warehousing, master data, and order processing
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to execute
• Strong ability to act as a bridge between business, production, IT, and data-related topics
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented in complex situations
• Strong communication skills and confident in dealing with various stakeholders
• Hands-on and pragmatic, while also strong in conceptual thinking
• High level of initiative and enthusiasm for shaping and improving processes
• Open to change and persuasive in transformation and implementation situations
• Reliable, resilient, and with a strong sense of priorities
