Your responsibilities
- Order processing in internal sales
- Customer support in day-to-day business
- Organisational and administrative tasks in internal sales
- Preparation of export documents and formalities
- Support of the export department
- Maintenance of master data
- Main responsibility for creating customer price lists in coordination with the business line, including technical responsibility for the systems used (key user)
- Further development of digital processes in customer service
- Support of sales controlling through sales analyses
Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Experience in customer service and export
- Affinity for IT systems
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Team player
