Your responsibilities

  • Order processing in internal sales
  • Customer support in day-to-day business
  • Organisational and administrative tasks in internal sales
  • Preparation of export documents and formalities
  • Support of the export department
  • Maintenance of master data
  • Main responsibility for creating customer price lists in coordination with the business line, including technical responsibility for the systems used (key user)
  • Further development of digital processes in customer service
  • Support of sales controlling through sales analyses

Your profile

  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in customer service and export
  • Affinity for IT systems
  • Very good German skills and good English skills
